How to add Bluetooth to Windows 7 and Server 2008

In case you have installed one of these systems, you will notice the Bluetooth device – although inserted – does not show up in the device manager. And, searching for it by the hardware wizard will not help either, because these systems don’t ship with Bluetooth support enabled.
